These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via the website www.caffemilanese.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”). Sales are managed by Sahib Srl, the owner of the Caffè Milanese® brand.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
All purchases made on the Website are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Section II Distance Contracts, Articles 50–67), and by the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003).
By completing the purchase contract, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Customers are therefore invited to carefully read these Terms before placing any order.

Products

The visual representation of products on the Website typically corresponds to photographic images of the actual products. However, it is provided solely for presentation purposes. No guarantee or commitment is made by the seller regarding the exact match between the image displayed on the Website and the actual product. In case of discrepancies, the written description in the product sheet prevails.

Purchase Procedure

Customers may purchase the products available on the Website by following the indicated procedures. Placing an order constitutes a contractual offer and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Product availability may vary. In the event of partial or total unavailability, the customer will be informed, and the order will proceed with the available items.
The purchase contract is deemed completed upon payment of the order and finalized upon delivery of the goods.

Prices

All product prices are clearly indicated on the Website and include VAT. Delivery costs are displayed during the order process.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2/3 business days via express courier throughout Italy, except for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, where delivery will be completed within 3/4 business days. Remote areas, smaller islands, and mountain villages are reached only once a week.

Free shipping in Italy: for orders over €85

European Union (EU): €23.50
Free shipping within the EU: for orders over €175
EU delivery time: generally 2/5 business days, depending on the destination

United States (USA): €37.50
Free shipping to the USA: for orders over €255
USA delivery time: generally 3/8 business days, depending on the destination

Order processing times are provided for informational purposes only, do not constitute any contractual obligation, and may be extended depending on the number of requests. Caffè Milanese® cannot be held responsible for any delays in order processing or delivery of the ordered goods (Art. 1510 C.C.).

Invoices will be issued based on the details provided at the time of the order. These details cannot be modified after the invoice has been issued.
Upon delivery, customers must ensure that:
a) the package is intact and undamaged;
b) the number of items matches the delivery note.
Any damages or discrepancies must be immediately reported to the seller.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard (excluding American Express).
PayPal: A fast and secure payment method that protects the buyer’s financial information.
Cash payments at our premises are not accepted.

Non-Conformity and Defective Products

Products sold on the Website comply with applicable Italian and European regulations. If a product is defective or does not match the description, the customer is entitled to a refund upon providing photographic evidence of the issue. The seller will communicate the refund method, which may include discount vouchers for future purchases.

Customer data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, as detailed in the dedicated Privacy Policy section.

Communications and Complaints

All communications or complaints must be sent exclusively via email to info@caffemilanese.com. Complaints made via phone are not accepted.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Italian Judicial Authority, in accordance with applicable laws.
